Daicel Chiral Anion Exchange Columns

Daicel chiral anion exchange CHIRALPAK QN-AX and QD-AX columns are packed with weak anion-exchange chiral stationary phases based on complementary quinine (QN) and quinidine (QD) derivatives. They are designed for separation of chiral acids, such as N-derivitized amino acids and phenols. Due to their pseudo-enantiomeric character, they usually reveal reversed elution order for opposite enantiomers.

CHIRALPAK QN-AX - O-9-(tert-butylcarbamoyl) quinine chiral selector
CHIRALPAK QD-AX - O-9-(tert-butylcarbamoyl) quinidine chiral selector
